Why this blog?

Darts, Data & Thinking is my personal blog about how I experiment with artificial intelligence as a UX'er, entrepreneur and educator. No technical manuals or hype, but accessible real-world stories - often told from an unexpected angle: my Dart School.

I learn about AI every day - by using it, testing it, and especially by explaining it. Because:

Dart School is my playground and example case: a project in sports education where I use AI to learn, improve and innovate. Think virtual advisory boards, focus groups in ChatGPT or personalized coaching tools.

But what I'm demonstrating here goes beyond darts. The principles I apply - such as using AI for better decision-making, communication or training - are easily transferable to other sectors: from education to healthcare, from consulting to culture.

No code. But practice. No buzzwords. Well thinking.

What I do exactly with Dartschool

With Dartschool, I develop educational materials and conduct workshops to help darters with an often underestimated problem: scoring and calculating scores correctly and quickly during matches. I wrote several e-books on score writing, checkouts and mental strategy, and provide customized training - both group and one-on-one. I also organize darts initiation and team-building sessions for companies and groups of friends. Everything starts from a simple mission: to help people play with more insight, confidence and fun.

Dart School is simultaneously my experimentation place for AI. I use ChatGPT to build a virtual advisory board, test marketing strategies, create content and gather feedback through digital focus groups. It's a real-world case where I'm using AI to run my business smarter and more creatively - while learning how AI works in an educational and entrepreneurial context. What I discover, I share here.
